Venue
SEATST 2026 will be held onsite. Choose one of the following venues below.
We are reaching out to contestants’ schools to inquire about the possibility of hosting SEATST at their locations. Contestants are encouraged to speak with their teachers about this. More details will be provided as schools confirm their availability.
Selangor
- UTAR Sungai Long Campus (confirmed, can accommodate everyone)
- Hin Hua High School (priority given to the school’s students)
Singapore
Singapore is also taking SEATST and agrees to host the Malaysians located in Singapore together with the Singaporeans.
We have personally contacted the Malaysians located in Singapore to confirm whether they wish to take this venue. If you are in Singapore but did not get contacted, please let us know as soon as possible.
Penang
- SMK Bukit Jambul agreed to host their only student.
- They might be able to host about 6 students from Penang, this is still being discussed.
A few other Penang contestants told us that their schools are able to host SEATST, but there is no official reply from them yet.
Contest Format
- Contestants will bring their own laptops (unless taking the test with Singapore).
- Other than using your own laptops, the SEATST rules apply.
- Internet access (except to the contest website), code templates, and written/printed materials are not allowed.
- Participants are required to record their screens.
- See Screen Recording Guide for Proctoring
- In case of cheating suspicions, the contestant is responsible to defend themselves using the evidence above.
