Zoom/Google Meet
During the contest, have a device (such as your phone, a second laptop etc.) watch you from the side.
It should capture your screen, your face, your hands, as well as your desk.

You should have a screen recording of the entire contest.
The default applications (e.g. Snipping Tool on Windows) usually take up too much space, up to or larger than 10GB. Use one of the two tested guides below instead.
